Have you ever been told that you “don’t have real problems” because of your age, relationship status, or having(or not having) kids? Teens and young adults often have their life experiences minimized by older people who think they haven’t lived long enough to know real trauma. However, this time period is filled with new experiences such as establishing relationships, finishing school, and starting a family or new career. Many of us can feel like we have the weight of the world on our shoulders, and we need a place to put it down. That is where I come in.

As a young Christian Black female therapist, I support adolescent and young adult clients through their unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, questioning God & spiritual beliefs, identity concerns, and sports performance. Adolescence and young adulthood are critical periods for identity formation and emotional growth. Our early life can be disturbed by trauma that creates insecure attachment styles affecting all aspects of life. I'm dedicated to helping clients navigate these transitions with resilience and self-awareness. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for exploring thoughts and emotions.
