As a Black female therapist, Tiana passionately values and celebrates all identities. Her client's are typically highly creative and innovative individuals, including writers, artists, business owners, company leaders, and CEOs who are overcoming histories of trauma, anxiety, work-related stress or grief. Tiana guides her clients on a journey to discover their "more" – a place of self-awareness, resilience, and personal empowerment.​

Holding a master's degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a bachelor's in Psychology from Michigan State University, Tiana's commitment to trauma-focused interventions is evident in her extensive training, encompassing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Racial Trauma Therapy, and Mindful Meditation. Additionally, Tiana is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Beyond Tiana's work at MyLyfe Counseling Center, she is also a co-founder of a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to mental health services in underserved communities. This initiative reflects her commitment to addressing systemic barriers and ensuring that mental health support is accessible to all. Tiana's leadership extends beyond her immediate clients, she actively contributes to the transformation of mental health care on a broader scale by facilitating trauma-focused consultation groups for clinicians around the nation.
