About the event
Tiana is a highly skilled mental health professional specializing in trauma-informed care. Holding a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University, Tiana's commitment to trauma-focused interventions is evident in her extensive training, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dr. Stephen Kniffley's Racial Trauma Therapy Model, and Mindful Meditation.
Currently serving as a Therapist and Clinical Director at MyLyfe Counseling Center, Tiana conducts individual, couple, and group therapy, intake assessments, expert witness testimony, and training on mental health topics.
