About the event

Hosted by Tiana Johnson Blanton, M.Ed., LPC-S, a licensed therapist with a heart for community and a passion for mental wellness, this session will offer down-to-earth, practical ways to feel more present in your everyday life. You don’t have to be a mindfulness expert to join—just bring yourself, a little curiosity, and maybe a quiet corner.

Here’s what to expect:
